This was our first experience of Orthodentic work and I would highly recommend to anyone.

From the first visit to our last, the atmosphere in the office is one of calm where each member of staff takes time to listen to and get to know you. They are willing to answer questions, provide options, make recommendations and give to time to make decisions. They are prompt, efficient and great communicators.

And of course in addition, the level of care and results achieved have been unbelievable! My daughter now has the most amazing teeth (of which I’m really quite envious!) and is loving her new smile!

Dr. Patenaude was absolutely a rescue in assisting with my bite. I had been experiencing migraines and had trouble with simple functions. From the ease of scheduling to the bedside manner while in the chair, everyone at this practice is so kind and professional. I came hoping to have crowding of my upper and lower teeth resolved and Dr. Patenaude did an amazing job- I couldn’t be happier with my results. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience with this office. I came for Invisalign and the office was very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. Dr. Patenaude acknowledged my concerns and made me feel like a part of the planning process. About a week after getting my initial evaluation I damaged my front teeth on a Saturday afternoon and had an event the following day. After sending Dr. Patenaude a picture of the damaged front teeth he offered to come into to the office on Sunday, early morning before church to take care of the broken teeth. He said that if I was going to see him for my Invisalign, a specialist (orthodontist) that understood all the details of straightening my teeth, the bite, and balancing them on my face for the repairs of the front teeth; similarly, I would need to see one that specialized in tooth repairs: my normal dentist.

Dr. Patenaude and his team care about their patients and it’s evident in the office culture. He is a board-certified orthodontist and I’m thankful I chose this office for my new smile. Truly couldn’t recommend Dr. Patenaude and his team enough. 6 Stars – The epitome of above and beyond.

My daughter was young and did not want the braces, but when they were removed she was so happy she told me “I’m so glad we did this!”

My son did the Invisalign approach and was just as happy.

As a true ‘germophobe’ I was personally very impressed by their medical hygiene.

The scheduling is flexible and easy, even when we had to repeatedly reschedule around school.

I cannot imagine recommending any other orthodontist practice. Dr. Thames & Co, you are the absolute BEST!

This is the best Orthodontist office you will ever find. They will give you honest feedback, they are conservative in their methods and don’t over work and over charge you, and the outcome is spectacular. I can’t recommend Dr. Patenaude and his team enough!! Professional, fun, they have your back the entire way through your treatment and completely put you at ease. I took my daughter when she was in elementary school and her smile is absolutely stunning. So much so, I became a patient myself in my late 40’s! Dr. Adam P, Gwen and Wendy are a dynamic trio working hard to make your smile beautiful with Jessica and Keisha leading the front desk with deadpan humor and organizational finesse. Dr. P and team are awesome! I needed braces to fix a misaligned bite and he knew exactly what to do!! Not only did my teeth come out great, but I also really enjoyed going to their office. I was always greeted with a smile and never waited more than a minute in the waiting room. I’ll miss seeing all these lovely people for my appointments but also glad to have my smile back
